Arrow Self Drive is the latest business to be awarded Eaton Smith’s Business of the Month Award.
Arrow Self Drive has experienced steady, controlled growth going from a two-man operation with a handful of vans 29 years ago to employing 82 people across eight regions with over 2000 cars, vans, minibuses and trucks on fleet.
Alison Palmer, Partner at Eaton Smith and member of the judging panel said; “Arrow is a well-established business that has been around for many years and makes a valuable contribution to our region. We were particularly impressed with the company’s dedication to customer service, employing over 80 local individuals to ensure the team deals directly with customers rather than employing call centres. “
James Hill, Managing Director of Arrow Self Drive said; “We are thrilled to have been recognised for our hard-work and determination over the last twenty-nine years. The team has worked incredibly hard to build a successful business, committed to outstanding customer service and the best-value vehicle-hire throughout Yorkshire.”
Eaton Smith’s Business of the Month Award was established in 1995 and is open to any business operating within the Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield areas. Arrow Self Drive is the first winner in the 2017/2018 Business of the Month awards series and will automatically be entered into the Business of the Year Awards which will take place in July 2018.
