The challenge
FB Taylor is a cable installation company, a very specific type of operation that requires customised and non-standard vehicles. These types of vehicles are hard to come by which meant FB Taylor had to work with several vehicle hire companies on an on-going basis. This mix of suppliers increased administration across the company.
The solution
Over time, FB Taylor has hired more and more vehicles through Arrow, consolidating their administration and reducing the communication channels for this one part of their business. We work closely with FB Taylor to provide vehicles that meet their exact fit-out requirements, often with a quick turnaround timeframe.

As a medium-sized subcontractor with a need for largely nonstandard vehicles, we frequently encountered difficulties and had to use a variety of different suppliers for our fleet.
