“All too often these days customers are only moved to comment on their experiences when something negative happens. The same is for me normally, but once in a while I have an experience so good that I think it’s worth sharing.

I know I’m not your usual type of customer, and it was only a short hire, but from the moment I dialled your offices number, until the moment I drove away having dropped off the van, my experience couldn’t have been better.

You were the 4th company I had rung on Monday looking for a van, and initially at least, you were not the cheapest. However, Meg’s friendliness and commitment to ensuring I had what I needed was exemplary. 

In person every member of your team I passed to get into the office, and in the office was bright and friendly and attentive. The process was perfectly signposted and efficient, and the vehicle, despite being a well used member of your fleet was clean and well presented and drove like a dream (not to mention ridiculously efficient).

The return was just as easy. 

So well done, whatever you’re doing is working, and be sure I will tell others when they ask.”
